Sam Hawkins
Intern
Samantha Hawkins began her career as a creative by working in the film and TV industry. She works full time as a costume designer and loves to work on projects with strong storytelling that showcase stories of people not often seen or celebrated. Her most recent work was costume designing the first season of Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies for Paramount Plus. During the recent WGA and SAG strikes Sam used the time off to attend Kline Academy and learn the process of oil painting. While she has always considered herself artistic and uses her drawing knowledge to illustrate her costume designs, learning how to oil paint has been a very affirming step in expanding her artistic discipline and skills. She hopes to continue to learn and grow her work at Kline Academy.
