Advanced Figure & Portrait Painting Workshop

The art of the figure presents the ultimate challenge to the artist and once mastered, opens up a world of possibilities. This class will give you the tools you need to create a successful body of work! In this course, students may choose to either draw or paint the live model. Open to teens/adults, intermediate to advanced levels.

Beginning Figure Drawing

In this class, learn the beautiful language of the line in live figure drawing as well as a quick way to find shadow patterns and shapes. Emphasis will be on proportions, gesture, construction of the three dimensional form, and later details of the body. Teens/adults & all levels welcome.

Teen & Pre-Teen Drawing

In this one hour lecture, Roberto will demo and talk about the lesson for the day. Students will be able to ask questions regarding the material. Students will progress through exploring different materials and subjects. Homework will be provided at the end of the class and will be discussed every week. Open to ages 10 - 18. Class recording will be available after class.

Procreate Digital Painting

Classical Painting Techniques Explored

In this online, live Zoom class you will see demonstrations of historical painting techniques by Cheryl. Learn step by step and then practice on your free time. Materials, color mixing and surface preparation and many solutions to solving painting issues will be a weekly topic. Group Critiques for current work in progress will also be offered.
